It's been awhile. I know I promised to post up stuff from my trip, but there's too much to go through ><.

Also, things have been really bad this past week. On Friday, I wished one of my friends from work a good weekend, and yesterday I found out that he died on Friday night -- missed a turn on the road with his motorcycle. Today, my grandma went into the hospital. Turns out that the doctors told her three years ago that she had two bad heart valves and needed to go into surgery for it. She didn't. Now she's suffering from heart failure and her heart rate's decreased by half already. It's just a waiting game now.

i think i need another month of vacation

    Coming home in 5 days
    Ok, wow.

It's been an amazing, busy month. I didn't have much access to the internet, and too much has handed for me to describe in one post. Once I get home, I'll probably put up several different posts saying where I went and what I saw. Right now, i'm trying to write papers before my classes end on Monday, so I don't have much time to go sight-seeing. sadness. And, yes Jenny, I have met some evil French people here.

    Dear Santa...

    Dear Santa,

    This year I've been busy!

Last Sunday [info]wriscay and I robbed a bank (-50 points). In July I farted in an elevator (-6 points). In March I pushed [info]sakura_mars in the mud (-17 points). Last Tuesday I got in line at the supermarket at the same time as someone else and I didn't yield (-8 points). Last month I pulled [info]anathemaqueen's hair (-5 points).

Overall, I've been naughty (-86 points). For Christmas I deserve a moldy sandwich!

    Sincerely,
    soaring_freedom

    I live
    Hello everyone!

    Well, it's been a long loooooong time since I've updated. c_c;;

I am going to be going to France, so I'll be gone June 30th to August 1st. I'm just hoping the weather won't be too bad with the plane rides. It's my biggest concern right now.

It was great seeing people at Helen's party, although I was captured on camera. (evidence I actually went somewhere! *gasp!*)

I am already really tired of work. The new college help came in this summer and they keep getting in my way. I wonder if it would be okay to run them over......lol.

Alright, well hopefully there won't be as big of a space between this entry and the next one.

Back to pretending to study French!! -.-

    Brrrrrr!
    This is crazy! The weather was so nice in the beginning of the week, and now it's going down to -15. -.- My sister came over on Friday, and she spent the night. It was great to see her again, and we had fun going to watch The Pink Panther. There should be more Jacques Clouseau's in the world, I think. :-D Although it was so cold in the morning we had trouble getting the car started. o.o;;

Oh well, soon it will be spring! And then, hopefully no more cold.

    New Semester!
    Hello!!

It’s been quite a while since I’ve updated, so I thought I’d actually put in an entry.

School’s been going good, although I’ve had to spend so much time on homework that I haven’t yet had the time to even go to my on-campus job. o.o;; I’m thinking it’s a no-go with that this semester. oh well -.- There are a lot of people gone this semester too: Stacy, Judy, Helen; I miss you all!!!

I’ve been feeling a little sick ever since I arrived at school, and it hasn’t gotten any better or worse, so I think there has been a new cold created just to annoy the hell out of people.

On a lighter note: I am excited about the “Pink Panther” movie that’s coming out this Friday. I won’t be able to see it this weekend because my godfather and his family are coming down, but next weekend my sis said she might come down to see it and sleep over! -- We’re hoping it’ll work out, at least. ^_^

Until a hopefully sooner next time,

    Me!!

Start of the week o.o! NOOOO!
Well, it was a good but very lazy weekend.

I had fun making characters like this:

    [img]http://tinyurl.com/9mfz5[/img]

    instead of working on my damn english paper. -.-;;

I also began craving to watch Miyazaki's movie "Howl's Moving Castle" just by reading the reviews, so I can't wait until it comes out on dvd here in the US. It's already out in Japan, so hurry up people! *_*

I'm excited about Thanksgiving Vacation, but I'm working on Wednesday, so that'll be a lot of fun. joy

lol. oh well, it's worth it with the new release of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and the soon to be released Chronicles of Narnia. YEAH!

Alright, back to procrastinating on writing my paper.

    ciao!

    Weekend!
Well, I'm heading home for the weekend because I have to talk family pictures... again. The camera better be checked to see if it's broken before we take the pictures this time. B-(

Aaahhh! Sorry I won't be around for most of your B-day, Helen, but happy early birthday!!!

From now on, everyone must call me:

    Your French Name is:

    Can I Leave?
I am so sick of my room right now. I mean, I feel for my roommate and everything, but having her depressed and crying every-single-day is driving me up the wall. It's making me so stressed out, and with the classes I have this semester, and for what I'm signing up for next semester, I really don't need this. Is it sad that I feel overwhelmed just walking down the hall towards my room? *sigh* I don't know what to do. But, thanks Jenny, for all the times I've come down to your room demanding to play nintendo - it's been a livesaver. ^_^

Took this quiz, and hey, it came out true for me.

    You fit in with:
    Atheism

Your ideals mostly resemble those of an Atheist. You have very little faith and you are very focused on intellectual endeavors. You value objective proof over intuition or subjective thoughts. You enjoy talking about ideas and tend to have a lot of in depth conversations with people.

    40% scientific.
    60% reason-oriented.

    I'm Here!
Hello everyone! (i've finally updated, Helen)

I took some cool online quizzes, and thought I'd post the results, so here they are:

    Your Japanese Name Is...

    Misako Matsuki

    What Your Sleeping Position Says

    You are calm and rational.
You are also giving and kind - a great friend.
You are easy going and trusting.
However, you are too sensible to fall for mind games.

The Japanese name one was cool - I have a new name! ^_^ and the sleeping position one was pretty correct.

    Alright, now I'm running away to my dorm room. Have to be fast so that the pink shirt guy doesn't get me. -.-;;

    Oh Bugger
    Hello all!

It's been awhile, and now i'm back at school. It's been great so far, but that may because the classes haven't started.

Anwyays, I found this cute quiz that seemed to fit me pretty well, so I had to include it:

Your word is BUGGER. You are generally quite
restrained, but sometimes your anger or
frustration come to the surface and it all
comes out. Yet you somehow can't stop sounding
    polite, despite it all.

    Check up
I was finally able to get into the doctor's office today. After many many questions and some x-rays, it turns out that my wrist isn't broken at all. *relief!!!* But, I do have tendonitis and a weird 'bump' on my bone that could turn out to be something later. -.- I feel too old already.

Ooh, and I feel so bad for my doctor. He is the nicest doctor I've ever met, but now he has a really bad limp after being hit by a car. grrrr *takes away person's license*

    Roommate!!!
    What a day!!

I met with my roommate Kathie at the Columbus Family Restaurant so that we could catch up and give each other birthday presents. **Thank you so much for the "You've Got Mail" DVD!!!!** After that we decided to go shopping in Madison.

Well, when we get done shopping at Shopko, we look outside and see it’s down pouring. Us, being so smart, have Kathie’s mom run out to the car with the umbrella so she can pick us up. It’s AFTER we get into the car that we realize we could’ve just waited it out in the store… very smart. >_< lol.

Anyways, it was so great to see her again, and it's only five weeks until school starts... makes me both happy and sad.

Nothing major today. Called the doctor, who told me to elevate my wrist at home and wrap it in ice. I'm also going to buy a brace to wear at work. I'm hoping that'll be the end of it and not find out it's something serious.

Also: I BOUGHT MANGA!!! I went to Waldenbooks and when I saw the new Wallflower and Immortal Rain books, I couldn't resist!!! ...although I'm thinking I should have. When it's money vs. entertainment my logical side will never win. lol.

    Relatives!!
Well, today ended up being a lot of fun. It was great seeing my godfather, aunt and cousin again. They liked the cake that I made, and my cousin and I played Nintendo for a couple of hours. I think I got her addicted. lol.

The only thing that has been bugging me lately is my wrist. Every morning for the last few weeks when I wake up it's been throbbing. Then throughout the day the pain will come back at random times, making it really hard at work. I've been hoping that it will just go away, but now I'm afraid I'll have to go to the doctor and get it checked out. *sigh* More money lost.

    Shout out
    Well, my first entry.

This summer has been going good so far - a WHOLE lot better than the last one. I just wish that this stupid heat wave would break or that I wasn't working in a heat-absorbing warehouse. ><

I haven't been feeling that well lately, I think because of the heat, and I'm more than ready for fall to come around. Oh well, this just means I'll have to rewatch my samurai champloo DVDs to forget about it for awhile. :-D

Lately, I've been having dreams that when I wake I think: that would make a great story/book.... if only I could remember them long enough to actually write them down. HA! I'll become a famous author yet.

Well, tomorrow has come and relatives along with it, so off to bed in order to be awake to greet them.

    Ciao!
